The Playhouse Theatre is part of the Ambassador Theatre Group, an extraordinary success story in the live entertainment industry. Founded in 1992 in the UK, ATG is now the world’s number one live-theatre company with close to 50 venues in Britain, North America and Germany. We cover every discipline in the theatre industry, from operating venues to ticketing platforms and producing shows. We are looking for outstanding a Customer Experience Manager to help us deliver exceptional service to the audiences of Cabaret at the Kit Kat Club.

Key to delivering the producer's vision of an immersive club experience, you'll serve and support our customers through bar and table service, welcoming and directing audiences and making proactive sales at various points throughout the club, all while playing your part in maintaining the world of Cabaret.

As Customer Experience Manager, you'll play a key role in the venue's senior management team, responsible for the front of house operation including our food and beverage service. You'll ensure our welcome for customers, standards of service and of presentation – in the bar areas, auditorium and in the rest of the building – are top-class and that the service we offer contributes to an outstanding theatre-going experience that our customers remember for all the right reasons! Leading the Customer Experience team, you'll seek untapped revenue potential, motivate staff members to meet and exceed sales targets and deliver a profitable food and beverage operation.
