Customer Care and Order Processor (Export)
Basic salary £21,500
Based near Chesterfield
My client is looking for a Customer Care Export Coordinator to join their export team to process all orders from their subsidiary businesses across the world and ensure they are delivered successfully.
Goods are shipped from the UK to goods to warehouses in Germany, France, Portugal, Spain, Italy, Serbia and Singapore for them to then service their customers with my client's product range. If you have good admin skills and have some exposure to export this is a great opportunity!
You will be processing all orders and confirmations for group companies across the world to the agreed schedules and requirements
You will also provide all legal and relevant documentation for all shipments in accordance with HMRC rules to customers and transport suppliers for each shipment
Liaising on a daily basis with transport suppliers to ensure orders are being collected on time and proactively deal with any delays
Preparing the shipping schedule for the warehouse to follow for all export shipments
You'll need to react to all delivery issues and follow these up to ensure we are continually improving the service.
Working Monday to Friday 37.5 hours a week
.You'll have experience of export and logistics and have previously worked in a customer care environment
We're looking for someone with great communication and organisational skills
Experience of order processing or data inputting is needed, if you have SAP experience that's even better but not essential
You'll also be able to respond positively to requests and help find solutions.
A basic salary of £21,500 is offered
There is also an annual bonus based on performance which equates to around 9% of salary (after probation period)
