  • We have a vacancy for a CRM Marketing Executive to join the Gaming CRM Strategy team!

With a focus on relevancy and personalisation, you will be part of a team that drive commercial value through delivering impactful communications to our customers. It’s an exciting time to join the team as we embark on a huge project to overhaul our tools and targeting capabilities enabling real time customer action based communications & better decisioning to drive targeting and personalisation.

Here is a summary of some of your main responsibilities

  • Review campaign briefs and build out a monthly multi channel CRM plan that delivers on the campaign objectives
  • Work with our CRM and Creative Comms teams to deliver impactful and engaging communications to our customer base across a range of customer lifecycles. Tailoring those lifecycles to hit bespoke KPI’s
  • Deliver campaigns in a timely manner by coordinating and running sessions with multiple teams, and following up on agreed tasks in our workflow management system, Workfront
  • Regularly monitor CRM campaign performance and identify opportunities for improvement through testing and optimisation
  • Work with CRM Data Strategy to optimise targeting and exploit our data capabilities
  • Work with Data Science to test, implement and embed segmentation and modelling into our contact strategies

How you’ll do it

A key role bridging the gap between multiple teams to bring your plans to life, you will be a strong communicator, able to understand challenges, processes and abilities of multiple teams to drive actionable plans which maximise the delivery resource we have available. A proactive, solutions focussed approach and ability to forge good working relationships with multiple stakeholders is essential.

Passionate about the customer experience you identify and develop opportunities to improve the overall customer experience. Considering targeting, personalisation, preferred channels and daily prioritisation of message.

You need to be flexible to changing business performance and reprioritise activity when necessary, therefore we are looking for a highly organised, self-starter with excellent attention to detail and time management skills.

Confident in interrogating the numbers to drive recommendations, you will be an analytical thinker with a strong commercial acumen.

Key tools used in the role are Work front (our work flow management tool), Power BI & Excel for analysis and Cheetah Mail to view email templates and get a quick check on email engagement.
