Morgan McKinley are working with a global organisation and leaders in the technology sector who are seeking to hire a CRM Manager to act as a key member of their Customer Marketing Team. The successful candidate will have a background in digital marketing with particular focus on email marketing. This is a full time role based out of their Bracknell office and will involve travel into their Central London office on occasion. The role also offers hybrid working to support a healthy work life balance.

Responsibilities:

Use of marketing automation tool, Pega, to overhaul customer communications (email and inapp), to increase the value perceprion of the services to drive both product and services
Manage the CRM agency, internal creative studio and IT services to deliver, cross sell and upsell inititatives.
Take responsibility for final creative testing and cross referencing the customer database to ensure all campaigns are executed with excellence
Act on opportunities to increase RMR or NPS thorugh unique and customer need driven communications
Take the lead on bringing stakeholders up to speed with reporting and proress against the roadmap
Escalating issues to the right people for feedback, approval or decision making
Update and maintain key timelines to ensure successful progress against the CRM roadmap

Requirements:

Minimum of 3 years of relevant marketing experience (email, CRM or digital marketing)
Understanding of, or open to learning tools such as Pega, Mailjet, Salesforce, Jira
Proactive and motivated self -starter
Strong drive to succeed
strong presentation and leadership skills
Ability to present in front of diverse groups
Effective and propven program managament skills – leading and driving ccomplex projects to closure
Fluent in English – both written and spoken. Additional languages (French, Italian or German) are a bonus
