This leading London law firm is seeking a Corporate Solicitor around 2-5 years PQE to work alongside a Corporate Partner who is a transactional lawyer advising clients on the full range of corporate transactions including acquisitions, disposals, mergers, reorganisations and joint ventures and also providing more general advice on a broad range of commercial contractual issues.

You should have solid Corporate experience gained from a leading London law firm and be used to working on deals to around £50m.
