The Communications Manager sits at the heart of Halma's Communications Team. You will play a critical role in shaping the way our company is perceived by key audiences. You will drive brand awareness by being involved in all stages of the communications process from concept to message development to results-oriented evaluation.This is a hands-on role which requires a proactive approach and good client management and organisational skills to manage numerous requests, projects and channels simultaneously. The role is responsible for owning the team’s social, website and internal channels, and ensuring we have a well-planned process for managing updates. A high level of professional writing and editing skills is required, and the right candidate must be a creative and compelling storyteller, with high digital content standards and adherence to Halma’s brand and tone of voice. Responsibilities Managing Halma’s communications channels.Writing, editing and producing original content.Using social media to tell our story in creative and inspiring ways that resonate with various audiences.Managing website content and design to ensure delivery of clear and creative content.Project managing website content for our Results and our Annual Report.Communications planning for content campaigns.Coordinating the production of promotional materials and brand assets. About you 5+ years' experience in a communications and/or content management role in a global organisation.Significant experience of managing and developing communication channels.Excellent copywriting and editing skills.Experience posting and formatting content using a Content Management System (CMS)Knowledge of internal communications and content planning.Tenacity to simultaneously manage multiple complex communication projects, campaigns and activities.Experience in managing multiple stakeholders with a client-facing attitude.Exemplary attention to detail.
