This role is a combination of overseeing planning and buying of media primarily across display (direct & programmatic), Press, OOH, TV and VOD as well as the increasingly important field of programmatic audio and building close and trusted relationships with clients and specialist teams. You will work closely with your clients and account teams to drive engagement, take briefings, share key planning insights with colleagues and ensure that media plans are delivered on time, to client satisfaction and with minimal disruptions. The Role • Working directly with clients to understand their needs and aims and to turn these into media plans which can be activated and executed flawlessly by the planners under your guidance • Looking to add strategic value in every engagement where possible. Deliver insight led reports to clients to assist in evolving the media approach and build learnings and optimisations to make campaigns better • Managing and supporting junior members of the planning and activation team to ensure media plans are delivered effectively and that key insights are fed back to the business • Following processes and procedures that have been put in place for effective delivery of campaigns, performance reports and finance reconciliations to meet client expectations You • You will have at least 2+ year experience working at a media agency as a media planner/buyer or account executive. This will give you the experience to support junior colleagues and clients • Excellent communication skills, able to build trust and rapport with colleagues and clients • Ideally some prior management experience of colleagues or supervising their work • The ability to identify opportunities and build strategic recommendation alongside specialist business units to grow revenue within your group If this looks of interest and within your skill set, I want to hear from you immediately!
