Sanderson are partnering with one of the UK's fastest growing Insurance companies, who are looking for enthusiastic Commercial Insurance Call Centre Agents, who will play an integral part in one of the company's most crucial departments. This is an exciting opportunity to work in an inbound only environment! Responsibilities include: • Taking inbound calls and ensuring all customer queries are dealt with in an efficient and professional manner • Building great rapport with customers and finding solutions for any issues that arise • Nurturing long term customer relationships as well as handling new accounts • Upselling company products and services • Handling any customer complaints effectively and escalating them where appropriate • Working to targets and achieving outlined KPI's Skills required: • Excellent communication skills • Strong organisational skills • Ability to learn new computer systems • Previous sales experience is essential, gained in a call centre environment • Previous Insurance industry experience is desirable • Previous experience working to targets or KPI's • A-C GCSE grade in Maths and English is essential Based in Central Manchester, this is a full time and permanent position and suitable candidates must be readily available for a Monday 28st June start date.
