Client Support Officer Sc 2-3 £18,501- £20,706 Pro rata Permanent 15 hours per week Monday and Tuesdays based in Northallerton The Police, Fire and Crime Commissioner for North Yorkshire established enableNY in April 2019, as the vehicle to transform police and fire collaboration in serving the public of North Yorkshire.enableNY encompasses the provision of financial, people, estates, technology, business design and assurance services to support North Yorkshire Police (NYP), North Yorkshire Fire & Rescue Services (NYFRS) and the Office of the Police, Fire and Crime Commissioner. The assets function provides support services for North Yorkshire Police, North Yorkshire Fire and Rescue Services and the Office of the Police, Fire and Crime Commissioner. The Support Officer is responsible for providing excellent customer service and supporting the Estates department by providing a first point of contact from internal and external customers. As Client Support Officer you will be responsible for: • Ensure the service is delivered in line with specific targeted customer service levels, health and safety standards and legislation. • Dealing with customer and colleague enquiries and support these courteously, proactively and efficiently • Ensure that quality and value for money are considered in supporting the management of the estate • Investigating, collating, presenting, reporting on and maintaining service desk information. The ideal candidate should possess the following skills and experience: • You will have excellent customer service, problem solving and interpersonal skills, including the ability to communicate with a broad range of diverse and demanding customers across a variety of platforms. • You will be able to demonstrate how you work proactively and collaboratively in a team, with personal credibility, in order to provide a quality level of service • You will be competent in administration and proficient in the use of Microsoft Office and IT systems • You will have a high level of attention to detail and be comfortable with producing and presenting accurate data and information. • Ideally you will have experience in the areas of facilities management, customer service, and business support.
