CLEANING OPERATIONS MANAGER Permanent, full time 37 hours a week Salary £27,741 – £29,577 per annum Wymondham College has over 400 staff dedicated to supporting World Class education. The College currently is one of the top State Schools in the Country and is recognised as one of the highest performing State Schools in the East of England, this is backed up by its most recent Ofsted review which rated the College as outstanding in both Education and Boarding inspections. The College is focused on providing outstanding quality to their students and staff not only in education but also through its provision of exceptional facilities and accommodation on site across its 83-Acre campus. A vacancy exists for an Estates Cleaning Operations Manager to manage, lead and oversee all cleaning operations at the College. This person will ensure the high quality and delivery of cleaning services to all the College’s staff and students. The Cleaning Operations Manager is responsible to the Operational Manager. As part of a three-person team that manages the operations of the Campus Services team at the College (the other two members being the Maintenance Supervisor and the Grounds Supervisor), the primary function of this role is to provide management, leadership, training and delivery of the in-house cleaning service across the College, which includes school and boarding areas. The post holder will be required to comply with the Wymondham College Code of Conduct for Staff and Volunteers. Early applications are encouraged.
