Due to this growth and focus on commercial activity a new requirement has arisen. Are you an already experienced or aspiring Regional Operations Manager with a strong background within soft services? This National business is looking for a cleaning biased Operations Manager to lead and develop this already established division. This is an exciting role with huge potential in a friendly hardworking business. Overseeing an operations team of over 750v staff through 5 Branch Managers you will have ultimate responsibility for ensuring branch profitability though monitoring the performance of Managers and Supervisors to ensure customer satisfaction and the expansion of the business. The ideal candidates will ; Have a high energy, positive can-do attitude Live within a 30 mile radius of Birmingham. Have previous experience managing field based teams Enjoy training, administration and leading your teams. Have an excellent understanding of Soft Services (in particular Cleaning) Must be able to drive Be a natural hard worker who understands that leading by example is the only way There will be travel required across the UK in this role to support Contract Managers and attend client meeting when required.
