Fantastic Career Opportunity for Chef de Partie in award winning Dining Pub & Restaurant Our client is recruiting a Chef de Partie for their award winning dining pub and restaurant near to Shipston on Stour in Warwickshire . They are looking for an experienced Chef de Partie with experience of working with all fresh food to ideally a AA rosette standard. The role is commutable from the Banbury, Evehsam and Stratford-on-Avon areas.The Role • Working on each section of the kitchen • Supporting the Head Chef and managing kitchen in his absence • Managing and ordering for your own section • Preparing meals for lunch and dinner service Experience • You will already be working as a Chef de Partie in Rosette awarded luxury 4* hotel, pub or restaurant • Ability to work on each section • Keen to work at a high standard with career aspirations Salary & Benefits • Salary to £27k + £3k tips = £30k package • All meals, PPE & Uniform • 28 days holiday Application.
