Accountable Recruitment are delighted to be recruiting for a Case Handler to join a fantastic company based in Speke.The Role: Case Handler Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 8am to 4pm (37.5 hours per week)Salary: £18,000 – £21,000 per annumJob Type: Full Time, PermanentThe main duty for this role is to deliver an outstanding, first class service to customers throughout the customer support process. If you have a genuine passion for people this is the role for you!Duties & Responsibilities: • Initial contact with customers through to completion • Liaising with customers regarding support cases via phone and email • Organising support for customers dependant on their requirements such as arranging warranty orders, including return of damaged goods • Populating Service Technician's calendars • Managing travel requests • Planning and booking travel, including flights, hotels, car hire etc. The successful candidate: • Effective listening and interpersonal skills • Excellent administration and organisational skills • Ability to communicate difficult/sensitive information tactfully • Customer service oriented Skills & Experience: • Previous customer service/support experience essential • Proficient Microsoft Office including Outlook and Word • Experienced user of CRM and ERP systems • Travel administration advantageous but not essential If this role is of interest, please contact Georgia Berry at Accountable Recruitment.
