What you'll doIf you're an offline media specialist, someone with expansive experience working across TV, Radio, Print, OOH and Brand Partnerships, then check out this opportunity for a Campaign Media Manger to join our Gaming Media Team.Reporting into the Senior Media Manager, you'll take ownership of the development, execution and ongoing improvement of our offline media strategy, ultimately driving growth for our Gaming products; Sky Vegas, Sky Bingo and Sky Casino.Aligning with the Digital Media Team, you will contribute to a truly coordinated strategy. You'll also hold key relationships with our media agency, externals partners and a wide range of internal colleagues.Here are some of the main responsibilities:Manage an eight-figure offline media budget, optimizing the media mix in-line with performance and objectives.Work closely with relevant internal teams (Marketing, Commercial Planning, Brand and Creative, CRM, Customer Engagement), to ensure that marketing plans and media strategies are aligned to business objectives.Establish a positive partnership with our external media agency and key third party relationships across ITV/C4/Sky and Sponsorship Partners, working closely with them to plan and implement forward thinking, innovative marketing.As a line manager, take responsibly for the performance, development, motivation and engagement of your direct report(s).Driving and executing media findings from Measurement frameworks and PCA’s and test and learn strategy in offline channels.How you'll doDraw on your wealth of offline media channel experience and knowledge of how digital channels complement the ATL media mix.Experience in setting media strategies to support marketing campaigns, ensuring performance meets business objectives and is measurable throughout the process.You should possess experience in handling sizeable marketing budgets and tracking efficiency of spend.Experience in leading all aspects of effective day to day relationships with Media Agencies and core media third parties.Have a solid understanding of how to measure Marketing performance by channel, with proven experience in optimising and delivering results making recommendations, driving these forward and ensuring the business is taking action.Line management experience with a passion for nurturing your team and striving for optimal results.Be analytical and have the ability to spot key trends and act up on them.
