Our client is an ambitious and fast-growing privately owned business operating in the field of Wind Energy providing temporary personnel, maintenance services and technical training with offices in the UK, Germany and USA.As part of their growth strategy, they are now seeking an experienced Head of Business Development, ideally with a good technical understanding of the Wind Energy business, to implement a sales and commercial strategy with direct responsibility for new business development, existing account development and commercial relations.You should have a proven track record of achievement in a similar role from identifying opportunities, initiating the sales process to deal closure and delivery. You should be able to drive the business forward through simultaneous work streams through your exceptional relationship management skills.
