My client is looking to recruit a new Business Development Manager to join their growing team. You will be based in a vibrant office in Central Manchester with a great culture and supportive team. As a Business Development Manager you are the first point of contact for potential customers and a crucial part of the business. You will have experience working in Recruitment and business development and will be responsible for generating interest and identifying and qualifying new opportunities. The company is multi-award-winning with a genuine passion for their staff and wants them to succeed. Flexible hybrid working is available post probation with regular incentives. This role is 100% new business. Once the business is won it will be handed over to an account manager. Your main responsibilities will include: • Business development, mainly responding to inbound enquiries • Managing an end-to-end sales cycle & reporting pipeline • Generate sales, revenue and reporting • Marketing • Raising awareness • Building rapport quickly • Giving product tours Ideally, you will have: • Experience working in recruitment and a good understanding of the recruitment industry • Minimum 1 year Business development/sales experience • Excellent communication skills and telephone manner • Self-motivated • Goal orientated In return you will be offered: • Salary of £22,000 – £28,000 DOE • Pension • Uncapped Commission Structure • Your birthday off The working hours are Monday – Friday 9am-5:30pm.
