The ideal candidate will have high energy, professionalism and self motivation with good commercial awareness and a passion for self generating sales in a business to business sales environment. They will have strong interpersonal skills and be able to play a positive role in a sales team environment, helping to develop best practice and sharing ideas to add value to the sales function and the wider business group.Main Duties Of This Role Include Extensive outbound telephone calls Hunt and convert net new SME logos To ensure our existing client churn rates are not exceeded Identify and proactively engage with any clients deemed at risk Develop new client relationships to drive revenue and growth Identify opportunities from existing client base for cross sale of BT products Achieve a defined quarterly and annually sales revenue target. Provide accurate weekly and monthly forecasting and activity reporting through critical success factor metrics Experience Required Experience in telesales with demonstrable results Credible in representing the company to customers and other stakeholders. Highly numerate and articulate. Experience of sales in a software/technology business environment Excellent written and spoken English Is competitive, results- driven and motivated Work under pressure to achieve tough targets Proactive with lots of initiative A strong team player Ideally have experience in a similar sales role with proven success A good knowledge of Word, Excel & customer management systems.
