Business Development Director
My Client, a large global financial services brand is looking for an experienced Business Development Director. This is a fully remote role and a 12 month contract minimum.
This individual will be responsible for developing and executing transformational market strategies which will entail maintaining or increasing coverage levels, developing winning consumer and commercial issuance strategies, securing new business opportunities and optimising existing portfolio performance. The individual will be goaled on driving billings, revenue, PTI, and coverage as well as identifying and driving new products and capabilities to market.
The role will also have scope for people leadership.

Proven track record in partnership / business development with 10+ years of experience
First class relationship skills to interact at all levels across partner organisations
Exceptional negotiation/deal making capabilities and experience
Strong influencing skills to promote products, services and ideas to the partner
Highly resilient, ability to drive results in challenging business and regulatory environment
Excellent card industry and competitive knowledge across both issuing and acquiring
Uses understanding of cultural differences to influence actions and decisions
Highly analytical and numerical, able to clearly communicate complex issues
Strong planning and organising skills, able to manage and see delivery of complex projects through to an end
Strong business/financial acumen, entrepreneurial spirit, P&L ownership and proven ability to deliver results
