We are a property development and investment group that has been operating since 1992 (www.stdavidgroup.com). We are expanding our operation and now require a graduate who is seeking a 'hands on’ business development role. The successful applicant will work closely with the MD and GM as part of a small team. A property background is not essential, but experience in a similar role is preferred. A desire to learn, a 'can do’ mentality to get the job done and an ability to work and think independently is required – the job demands a “hand-on”, proactive approach. Duties and tasks include: • Formulating expansion strategies in conjunction with the senior management team • Research for acquisition and development opportunities • Identifying and establishing relationships with outside organisations • Assisting the MD and fellow directors with various tasks/duties including social media updates Please apply by sending your CV by email.
