Job Summary

We have an exciting opportunity for a creative, experienced Brand Manager to join our award-winning team at Florette in Lichfield. You will support our Head of Marketing on brand activation that directly engages with consumers to drive awareness and propensity to purchase, further carrying this through to in-store communication by working closely with our Category and Sales teams. In addition, you will assist in the development and execution of media support for the brand and the CSR support pillar to build brand relevance, and will lead the quality agenda for the Florette brand. You will also act as a brand champion for Florette beetroot giving it a focal point in the business and unlocking market growth.

Working hours: 37.5, M-F

Main Responsibilities

* Assist in the development of Florette advertising creative and media plan

* Develop and execute an on-pack promotion activities through to in-store communication

* Support and develop a CSR partnership identifying a three year plan for the Florette brand

* Lead Brand quality tracking and identified actions via Campden reporting

* Marketing budget management and tracking

* Undertake brand performance research and analysis as necessary

Skills and Experience Required

* Marketing experience within FMCG, ideally within food & drink

* Excellent attention to detail and analytical skills

* Creative thinking to help bring ideas to life

* Experience of managing projects from concept development to product launch

* The ability to develop and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders

* Effective communicator
