What will I do in the role?
Have a 'can do' attitude
The first point of contact for all customer queries
Brand ambassador for your client
Provide outstanding customer service across telephone, social media, webchat and email
Make sure the customer is at the heart of every conversation
What do I need?
Experience working for a retailer
Experience working in a luxury background
Experience within any of the following: Beauty, Cosmetics, Fashion
A desire and genuine enthusiasm for delivering excellent customer service ensuring an empathetic approach
Outstanding social service etiquette, with the ability to be versatile in your approach to adapt your style for each customer
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Works well within a team
Confident IT skills
Flexibility, professionalism, drive, ambition, and willingness to learn
Great attention to detail and highly organised
C2 Level of English required
Not essential, but beneficial)
Graduated from the Fashion Retail Academy
Communication Fields, such as Marketing/PR/Advertising
Qualifications in Dermatology or Skincare
