*About the role:
*NextWave is expanding its BPM consulting team specifically within the Credit & Lending business area.

We partner with a leading FinTech to implement their Loan / Lending solutions into major FS organisations.As a NextWave BPM Consultant Engineer you will be operating in a ‘NextWave Project Pod’.

The pod is responsible for ensuring clients understand how to best get value out of the solution – and this role will focus on the Business processes and how to best design and implement the solution.
*Responsibilities:
** You will join our experienced team to work on client projects implementing new solutions for clients within the Commercial Lending business area.
* Alongside your NextWave project colleagues, your role is to understand client’s business process needs and integration challenges and solve these through implementing and integrating effective processes in the Lending solution platform.
* You will use your experience in both business process design and BPM tooling to guide the clients (including challenge where appropriate) in best practice.
* You will run workshops and design sessions with clients and ensure that solutions that have support and sponsorship from clients and meet the fundamental requirements.
* You will build the workflows and processes in the BPM tool (Flowable)
* You will also have the opportunity to contribute to the wider technical aspects of the project (e.g.

API configuration)

  • You will help the client transition to the new processes (training, process/data migration etc.)
  • You will ensure traceability between requirements and implementation of processes in the solution
  • Project Methodology will be determined by the client situation – but our overall approach will be to build and implement on an agile fashion where possible
  • Experience, Skills & Abilities Needed:
  • You are:
  • An experienced, but hands-on, BPM developer
  • Looking to join a fast-growing consultancy who is in the infancy of changing the world of consulting
  • Keen to learn new technologies, inquisitive, and take an innovative approach to deliver successful business outcomesYou have:
  • A track record of working to improve processes in Financial Services
  • Used and implemented projects with BPM technology such as Pega, Flowable, IBM BPM or similar
  • Experience in Agile methodologies, user stories and process optimisation and have worked closely with business and technical teams to develop and deliver efficient and creative solutions
  • Ability to influence, debate, interact and communicate, across all mediums, with business users as well as technical teams
