Billing & Credit Administrator – Fully Remote
Salary: £30,(Apply online only) per annum
Can you speak German and have experience with invoicing? Our client is an automotive pricing specialist who is seeking a Billing and Credit Administrator in a fully remote role. The successful candidate will be working within the Finance Department and be responsible for invoicing and processing payments.
Billing & Credit Administrator Responsibilities:
Process invoices accurately and in a timely manner
Liaise with the Sales Ops Teams when orders are incomplete
Ensure that the region’s cash collection target is met on a monthly basis by the efficient collection of outstanding invoices including the monitoring of the automated dunning process
Provide updated cash collection forecast information to the Billing & Credit Manager raising any significant potential issues
Maintain accuracy of customer records and create and maintain reports Billing & Credit Administrator Essentials:
Must be bilingual in English and German
Experience working in a similar role with invoicing and billing responsibilities
A level or equivalent qualification
