Bilingual Technical Support Engineer

* Experience working in a helpdesk customer support role within a software/hardware product development organisation

* Excellent written and verbal communication skills

* Ideally bilingual English and Italian/Spanish/French/Portuguese

* Communications product support background (GSM, 3G, 4G, LTE, GPRS, GPS, Bluetooth) desirable

* Ability to diagnose and configure Windows servers and in-house tools

* UK security clearance required (must have been a UK resident for a minimum 3 years)

* Must have full clean driver’s licence and car
