We are looking for an enthusiastic and supportive individual to deliver Essential Skills Qualifications.

The Essential Skills Specialist role involves the delivery of both group and 1-2-1 workshops to learners and to prepare and support learners to acheive their controlled tasks within Application of Number, Communication and Digital Literacy. The ideal candidate will have an excellent level of numeracy, literacy and digital literacy and will have previous experience of delivering Essential Skill Qualifications. Welsh language skills (written and verbal) are also an essential requirement for this role. An Assessment qualification or Essential Skills Practitioners Qualification is desirable.

This position is home (field) based however as some travel may be expected on occasions, ability to travel is essential.

Basic Starting Salary: Up to £27,000 per annum based on experience and qualifications held PLUS a £500 uplift for Welsh speaking.

Hours: Full-time. Reduced hours will be considered.
