Bid Coordinator / Uxbridge and Hybrid Working
Our client, a global leader in international transport & logistics is recruiting for a Bid Coordinator to join its team in Uxbridge.
Bid Coordinator Duties and Responsibilities:
o Analyse and respond to tenders, pre-qualifications, request for Information and similar documents
o Allocate work to technical, compliance, legal, regional and pricing departments. Ensure deadlines are met
o Support Commercial and operational staff in meeting client requirements
o Liaise with internal divisions to form and administer development of products
o Provide and maintain library of proposal documents and other information on intranet and websites
o Ensure appropriate communications and liaison are maintained
o Produce internal reporting, statistics and analysis information
o Keep Group Management informed of latest customer requirements
o Develop 'skill centres' for industries with similar requirements to oil and gas (mining, energy, telecoms, etc.)
o Assist in resolution of problems and client concerns.
Bid Coordinator Key Skills and Qualifications:
o Impeccable written English skills and attention to detail
o French Language skills are desired, but not essential
o Possess a creative flair combined with commercial writing skills
o Strong time management and prioritisation skills
o Ability to work effectively to meet deadlines and supporting colleagues to meet deadlines
o Excellent interpersonal skills with the confidence to communicate at all levels
o Experience of the tender process and key terminology and documents
o A self-starter with a 'can do' attitude.
