If you've previously had experience working with and supporting children with challenging behaviour, this Behaviour Mentor role could be the perfect opportunity for you! • Supportive Primary School located in Hillingdon, West London • Supporting pupils with Social, Emotional, Behavioural and Mental Health Needs across KS1 and KS2 • Full time, long term opportunity starting in September 2021 • £18,000 pro rata to term time and paid weekly via PAYE • Excellent opportunity gain experience working with children as a Behaviour Mentor before starting your PGCE next year The Role – Behaviour Mentor As a Behaviour Mentor, you will be supporting students who have emotional and behavioural difficulties in KS3 and KS4. You will be working with small 'booster' groups and intervention 1:1s where specific points can be targeted and worked upon. In the Behaviour Mentor Post, you will be picking up a series of useful skills and techniques by following a thorough CPD plan adapted for you by the SLT. You will be fully supported by the school SENCO and friendly senior staff. The School Located in Hillingdon, West London, this is known to be a popular, oversubscribed than average secondary school.
