We have a passion to consistently provide world-class service to our customers as well as having the right products in the right place at the right time.William Wilson is part of Wolseley UK the country’s largest plumbing, heating, and cooling trade specialist merchant and we aim to be the first choice specialist merchant for trade customers.We are looking to appoint a keen and enthusiastic Assistant Branch Manager to join our team in the Kirkcaldy branch.ResponsibilitiesSupport the Branch Manager in the day to day operation of the branchRun the branch in the Branch Manager’s absenceProvide advice and information to customers to maximise sales and marginWorking at the trade counter processing orders and dealing with customersBuild and maintain productive relationships with key customers and suppliersOffer support in all areas of the branch to also include general duties in the warehouseCarry out some administrative duties from the office, such as raising purchase orders and putting quotes togetherExperience and SkillsCustomer service and sales experienceAbility to offer ideas to maximise sales potentialPlumbing and heating product knowledgeHave a flexible approach to work and be willing to work as a team to deliver an exceptional service to our customersGood administrative skillsDriving LicenceBenefitsCompetitive salary dependent on experiencePension plan23 days increasing to 25 after 2 years’ serviceStaff discountProfit shareWe aim to unlock your potential and equip you with all the skills required to move to the next stage in your career with us.

– Friday from 8 am – 5 pm; requirement to work one in three Saturdays a month from 9am
