We have recently been awarded Performance Marketing Agency of the Year in the Campaign’s 2020 Agency of the Year UK and EMEA Awards We are looking for an experienced and talented PPC professional to join our team.

As Amazon PPC Account Director, you will support the continued growth and development of Croud’s Ecommerce channel, providing first class client services across a range of exciting brands already established on Amazon and some who are moving into that space.

RESPONSIBILITIES Running Amazon advertising campaigns and developing our AMS proposition across clients Advising clients on the best way to get set up on Amazon or how they can improve their approach to maximise results Setting up new accounts for clients in line with best practice (both Vendor and Seller) Oversee the account setup process where required Advising clients on fulfilment options (FBA, FBM, Seller Fulfilled Prime etc) Issue resolution with Amazon support Coordinate content production and updating of new content (A content, PDP optimisation, store development, image optimisation and pricing adjustments) Establish best practice approach to take when setting up new accounts Developing client relationships and advising on the best channel strategy New Business support: Audit accounts to identify opportunities for prospects and existing clients Retail readiness audits Cost analysis for different fulfilment routes Market research & competitor analysis Pitch material & support with RFIs/RFPs Attending pitch meetings/discussions with new clients Reviewing latest blogs & developments on Amazon which we can apply to clients Provide training & development for the wider agency teams on Amazon best practices Analyse sales trends and marketplace performance Establish test & learn processes for new content production Develop relationships with Amazon and 3rd party tech partners Staying ahead of developments and functionality available via Amazon’s APIs and third party tech providers PERSON SPECIFICATION Experience running Amazon advertising campaigns or if not, in-depth demonstrable experience running PPC activity for retailers Agency side client management experience Proven experience developing successful client relationships Well organised with a can do attitude Really strong communication skills (verbal & written) Strong commercial awareness It will be advantageous if you also have: Experience running AMS campaigns Proficient knowledge of Seller Central & Vendor Central platforms Experience running Amazon marketplace activity including backend Seller Central operations (listing new products, managing inventory, raising new shipments etc) Experience using 3rd party tech platforms specific to Amazon Client management experience Experience optimising product detail pages: text, imagery, A content Experience creating Amazon Stores COMPANY BENEFITS On completion of the three month probation period every employee is eligible for the benefits listed on our careers site which include: 25 days holiday a year Annual performance bonus Sale commission Recruitment referrals bonus Gym membership contributions Ride to Work scheme Rail card Season Ticket loan Free fruit, breakfast cereals and tea & coffee Free home office chair and screen Enhanced maternity and paternity package Life and income protection Medical cash plan Share option scheme Standard hours are from 9.00am to 5.30pm, there’s flexibility if agreed in advance with your line managers (it may also be necessary on occasions to work outside of these hours).
