Your role As a part of this team, you will be responsible for: • Relationship Management supporting our Early Careers program managers with student pathways, exam processes, and financial management • Manage Professional Qualifications and Apprenticeships for students including apprentices and supporting their engagement journey • Act as point of escalation for all student/exam manager and U2 complexed queries (escalation inbox) • Working with training providers and institutes • Ownership of end-to-end query management • Ensuring quality of student data is maintained • Embedding a culture of continuous improvement • Work alongside and provide cover for colleagues • Working alongside the Team leader to ensure Quality Assurance framework • Ownership of workload for required Service line • Oversight of all processes within the team & continually review to keep all SOP's up to date • Oversight of exam results and outputs • Understanding of the running and management of student inductions and support if required Responsibilities • Support our professional education / early experience managers with advisory and query management that comes direct into Student Advisory'services team, you will be working alongside the business providing support and direction according to Learning and service lines ways of working • Service Level agreements are met (SLA) and Key performance indicators (KPI's) are key drivers to ensure a quality level of service back to the business • Work with professional education / early experience managers to ensure that any changes to pathways are logged and implemented • Responsible for initial drafting of communications and sending on behalf of the team (content owned by professional education / early experience managers); and managing the impact to the service • Record current working practice challenges and recommend improvements • Understand the ECD, Apprenticeship strategies, and annual plan that supports the business, specifically the qualification requirements and planning, making suggestions for improvement where relevant • Work closely with professional education to ensure enrolments are actioned and issues are escalated • Data integrity, collation, reporting and analytics, providing insight where appropriate, where missed information needs adding/correcting • Managing all leavers accordingly and keep all appropriate platforms updated. • Leverage UK best practices in terms of existing programme design to create alignment and cohesion across the UK • Understanding and supporting the on-boarding processes, with the HRRP and Onboarding team, to ensure Governance and delivery of policies and contracts • Work closely with the business in supporting Student events, particularly on-boarding our new student population. If required, booking venues/locations to support logistics. • Support service line technical induction programmes, and integrate other platforms requiring content, to drive continuous improvement of ECD induction • Acts as a resource and escalation route for U2s and less experienced colleagues • Oversee professional and advanced level results • Ensure accuracy of resit guidance emails, promotes and contract termination letters • Collaboration with the learning function/early careers teams and fostering an environment of continuous improvement will be key Your work, your choice At Deloitte we believe the best impact is the value we add, not the hours we sit at our desk.
