You work in Mondelez International Business Services and perform administrative duties to support an impeccable service experience.

In addition, you ensure that processes are adhered to and documented.

How you will contribute You will be responsible for the daily administration and operational support for processes in your area of responsibility, ensuring that deadlines are met and service quality is delivered.

To excel in this role, you will also ensure that activities are completed in compliance with standard operating procedures and legal requirements, including data privacy considerations.

You will also work with other team members to ensure that end-to-end processes are efficient and accurate, including data input and maintenance, that access requests and issues are handled promptly, and that continuous improvement opportunities are identified and acted on.

You will bring experience and knowledge in: Your specific area of responsibility Administration with a strong customer-service orientation MS Office, especially Excel Meeting deadlines and strong prioritization skills Meticulously attending to details Working with a case management system More about this role This role sits within our HR Shared Service Centre, IBS Employee Services, supporting the business across a range of HR activity from Hire to Retire (HTR).

Purpose of the Role: Focus on excellent customer service while providing a great place to work through an outcome based, knowledgeable and engaged HR services organization Integrate our global scale with simplified and standardized processes and technologies Promote common ways of working with the positive end user experience in mind Build a continuous improvement culture Provide a talent pool for HR Implement non-negotiable control and compliance standards Provide flexibility across all workstreams within the Shared Service Centre as required What you need to know about this position:
– Receives and manages employee data maintenance and workforce administration requests within the below process families: Employee Events eg Pay/work schedule change, Temporary contract extension, Promotions, Lateral moves, Downgrades, Maternity leave, Parental leave Separations Temporary contract end Retirement Involuntary and voluntary separations Data Corrections Mass uploads Individual data correction for personal/non-personal data
– Notifies payroll and other relevant parties of requests; confirms payment
– Updates case management tool and Workday as needed by processes
– Provides requested Workday and Payroll data/transactions to auditor
– Fulfils all of the above duties with a high level of customer service
– Being accountable and taking ownership of own workload
– Building relationships with key stakeholders within supported population ie HR Managers, Recruitment, key line managers
– Working flexibly across other teams within the Shared Service Centre as volumes in the centre fluctuate What extra ingredients you will bring: Flexible and agile approach, able to deal with changing priorities Self directed, able to multi task and manage fluctuating workload Able to work under pressure and learn quickly Able to work collaboratively as part of a team Customer-focused and detail orientated Problem Solving Skills Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills Experience in HR, global organisation and/or shared service organisation Excellent database and data skills Comfortable with technology and technical tools (e.g.
