In response to the unprecedented events we are currently experiencing due to the spread of Coronavirus COVID-19, at this time we will be conducting our interviews via video calls Dimensions is proud to be one of very few social care organisations that are members of the Great Places To Work programme. A varied and interesting role working closely with the Group Health and Safety Manager within Dimensions and the Health and Safety team, providing administrative and secretarial support as required. Interviews will take place on the 27th July via Microsoft teams. About the role Your main duties will include: • Providing administrative and secretarial support to the Group Health and Safety Manager and the Health and Safety team, acting as a point of contact both internally and externally. • Key point of contact both over the telephone and in written communication for the Team. • Provide administration support for the recording and distribution of accidents and incidents on the reporting system (full training will be provided) • Establish and maintain appropriate administrative systems, records and filing systems on behalf of the Health and Safety Team, arrange and minute meetings, produce letters, reports and other documents as required.
