Administrator – French Speaking
As an Administrator – French Speaking your role will be to manage the end to end client management process from putting assets to market through to sign off when facilities are cleared. With this you will need to communicate effectively with internal and external colleagues/clients.

As an Administrator – French Speaking your responsibilities will be;
Answer incoming phone calls as part of main hunt group
Be a key point of contact to retained clients
Support others in the team when resources need re-aligning
Support sales functions with proposals and quotations
Handle or support the processing of various generic email accounts
Other ad-hoc office administration duties as and when requiredProfile
The successful Administrator – French Speaking will have;
1-2 years of relevant project based/office administrative experience.
Strong analytical, communication, reporting skills
Detailed and diligent
Excellent time management
Excellent telephone manner.
Fluent French speaking.
I.T. literate with high levels of competency across standard packages particularly MicrosoftJob Offer
