Position: Administrator Location: Thame, Oxfordshire Contract Type: Permanent Hours: Full Time Salary: £20,000 – £22,000 per annum (dependent on experience) + annual performance related bonus. Benefits: Life assurance About the role: You’ll be the key administrative support to the Project Administrator and Sales Team and act as back-up for the Project Administrator in their absence. Responsibilities: • Complete administrative duties for the whole end-to-end sales process; logging contracts, processing delivery notes, booking courier collections and shipments, logging warranty details, refunds & returns. • Keep computer systems up to date with transactions and customer information. • Liaise with, and advise, Sales team & Project Administrator on price changes to ensure effective cost control. • Produce daily reports including daily supplier updates regarding delivery dates. • Update the consignment stock lists and chase supplier credit notes and delivery information for sales transactions. • Help the Project Administrator with customer and supplier returns and refunds. • Provide Sales team and customers with order tracking information for sales transactions. • Resolve administration problems ensuring they do not reoccur and escalate issues to the Project Administrator as required. • Act as back-up to Project Administrator during their absence. • Manage other administrative duties as and when required. About you: • Previous related administration experience. • Experience working with SimPRO software desirable. • Experience using SAGE desirable. • Ability to manage multiple tasks whilst maintaining accuracy. • Ability to work at pace but in a methodical and organised manner. • Excellent written and verbal communication skills. • Proactive and uses initiative. • Organisational skills and team player.
