Hours: Monday to Friday, 10 hrs/day (including 1 hr of unpaid break)

Your Duties
Based on site, reporting to Site as well as Shift ManagersSource and recruit candidates by using company databasesScreen candidates resumes and job applicationsConduct interviews using various reliable recruiting and selection tools/methods to filter candidates within scheduleAssess applicants’ relevant knowledge, skills, soft skills and experienceOnboard new employees in order to become fully integratedMonitor and apply HR recruiting best practicesTo assist in carrying out all Administration ProcessesAccurately file manually and electronically as per business policy and proceduresEnsuring operational paperwork is to corporate standardsUpdating Mitie interfacing web portal on a daily basis. Update internal and external databases and administration systems as required.Support Line Manager in payroll processes To analyse reports and action where necessaryUnderstand and observe MITIE and Client site rules at all timesTo observe all Company and Client statutory fire and safety regulations and to promote good safety habits and methods of work.To deal with any complaints that fall within the job holder’s duties and report these immediately to the Cleaning Supervisor/ Site Manager.To undertake any other related duties which are within the job holder’s capability, according to the needs of the business and as directed by the Line Manager.

Experience in a similar role preferred but not necessary, we will provide you with comprehensive training to fully equip you with the knowledge and skills to succeed
