Within MYCO the Finance Department contributes to almost all areas of the business where there is financial/commercial consideration. The successful candidate will report to the Management Accountant and have daily interactions with the company commercial teams and directors. There is also a high level of interaction required with external supply chain partners. It is therefore essential that the candidate has very good interpersonal skills. Key Points; • Book-keeping experience essential. • Qualification such as AAT preferred but not essential • Processing supplier invoices. • Collating and reconciling of payment runs prior to approval. • Processing and paying expenses. • Supply Chain processing and verification. • Generating of Sales invoicing and controlling of sales ledger. • Bank reconciliation • Assisting with project allocation and reporting on Sage • Ad hoc office accounts administration/processing duties
