A growing FMCG business based in Neasden are seeking a permanent Accounts Administrator to join their team. This role will be fully office based working 9-5pm. Key aspects of the include: • Picking up orders, raising sales orders and invoicing daily on sage 50. • Liaising with the warehouse to determine stock and entering in sage daily. • Managing credit control function and chasing overdue payments by telephone and email • Managing day to day accounts • Sending out couriers where needed. • Responding and resolving any queries relating to customer accounts and deliveries. • Scanning and filing of all signed Proof of Deliveries and credits • Assisting team in pulling together processed orders for packing and delivering. • Administration of all credit requests, including supporting the Technical in investigating and recording fault related credit requests. • Sending monthly and ad hoc statement to customers. • Stock monitoring • Answer phone , take messages / direct to relevant person This role would suit those who are happy with a varied role that will involve both aspects of finance and general administration.
