The working times can be flexible, if required, and can accommodate your other commitments. What do we want from you? • Exceptional attention to detail and an understanding of how to work respectfully in a team and with our clients. • You must be very organised and self-motivated. • Up to date with modern office working practises and software packages. The role: Manage our payments. • Daily online payment processing. • Daily payments received reconciliation. • Outstanding payment collection. • Weekly invoice submissions and reconciliations. • Liaising with Private Healthcare providers to check authorisation numbers and invoice payments. Admin • Help to maintain staff calendars and update available appointment times. • Help to manage a varied email inbox and assign enquiries appropriately. • Help to update website with new starter information. • Help to maintain staff's general admin needs. Recruitment • Help to manage the onboarding process for new starters. • Maintain a record of new starters and the stage of their application. • Manage the collection of appropriate regulatory documentation from new starters. • Help to manage new starter locations and their appointment times. • Ongoing dialogue with new starters to answer their questions.
