Luxury Student Accommodation ManagerWork with us at one of our client's luxury student accommodation sites! If you have excellent rapport building skills and have an interest in working in a client facing role this could be just the opportunity for you! Managing a small team in this building, the duties will include the following: • Ensure that all visitors and residents receive a warm, friendly and informative welcome • Work with the Assistant Manager to ensure all enquiries are responded to promptly and efficiently • Work with assistants to show new potential tenants around rooms with the aim of converting viewings into room bookings • Manage facilities tasks and escalate any maintenance issues to the maintenance operative when necessary • Ensure that any maintenance issues are addressed and rectified in a timely manner • Build strong working relationships and provide an excellent service to all tenants • Work with the team to coordinate events and provide an excellent environment for the students to live in • Ensure that health and safety and fire regulations are met • Undertake room inspections and report any issues • Use local knowledge to ensure that visitors and residents are aware of local amenities and attractions to maximise their stay • Ensure that budgets are met • Management of a small team, providing mentoring, training and guidance • Participate in client meetings and conference calls at scheduled times throughout the month The skills/attributes that we are seeking are: • Excellent customer service skills • Experience within student accommodation is desirable • Strong communicator with the ability to build rapport with customers and visitors • Strong leadership and management skills • Client focused approach • Good IT skills (Microsoft Office) • Highly organised and proactive approach • The ability to multi task and manage changing priorities • Flexible and proactive approach
