Transportation links are excellent. The house is located close to Waddon station which offer direct train links to London Bridge (25 mins) and London Victoria (35 mins). Journey time to London Gatwick (approx 30 mins). Frequent local bus and tram links to Croydon, Sutton and Wimbledon.

Local amenities include a nearby gym, supermarket, restaurants and approximately 15 minutes walk to shopping facilities (Purley Way retail park, town centres). There are a number of very pleasant nearby parks.

The homestay would suit a clean, quiet and respectful individual as this is a professional and busy household.
