I am a Danish citizen/resident that lived in the UK for six years, '98-'04. I had two different employments, with two different pensions schemes, during this period. Is it possible for me to transfer these two pensions savings to my current Danish company pensions scheme? What would the tax implications be?

I have opened a small company in the UK, which is our main market, but as an expat I am unable to open a UK bank account.
Where else could I open an account? As it is only just started I can't cover the usual £5000 minimum deposit most offshore accounts require.
