About 353,000 people have visited the Chinese terracotta army exhibition in the Drents Museum in Assen in the past seven months.

ASSEN -- The Chinese terracotta army exhibition in the Drents Museum in Assen has attracted a record number of visitors.

In the past seven months, 353,000 people have visited the exhibition, putting the northern provincial museum among the top 10 museums in the Netherlands.

The exhibition displays a number of life-size statues from the terracotta army. The earthenware soldiers guarded the grave of the first emperor of China from the third century BC.
