The Dutch finance minister say agents selling financial products will not be rewarded with bonus incentives.

THE HAGUE - Finance Minister Wouter Bos has announced a total ban on bonuses awarded to agents selling financial products.

The minister told Dutch MPs that agents selling financial products will no longer be entitled to any bonuses.

Initially, Bos planned to allow bonuses designed to stimulate better service, but fail to cite examples of such incentives to the MPs. It was also thought a partial ban would be too difficult to administer.
