A 66-year-old Dutch citizen has been arrested in Amsterdam on suspicion of being involved in child sex abuse at a private school in England decades ago, a number of British newspaper report.

Details of the allegations against the man have not been disclosed but the British authorities are said to planning to request his extradition from the Netherlands. He is the third person to be detained in connection with abuse which took place in the 1970s and 1980s at St. George School in Great Finborough near Suffolk.

Last year, the founder and former headmaster of the school was sentenced to 21 years’ imprisonment. The 62-year-old British citizen was found guilty of over 50 cases of assault and sexual abuse against pupils at the school.
