PSV lost points in the premier league for the first time this season on Sunday, after the Eindhoven team drew two-all with ADO The Hague.

PSV were one goal ahead twice during the game. Ibrahim Afellay scored first when he intercepted the ball early in the first half. Timothy Derijck drew for ADO 15 minutes after the break, but Francisco Rodriguez put PSV back in the lead, only for Frantisek Kubik to score the equaliser.

Meanwhile in Enschede, FC Twente were too strong for FC Utrecht. The national champions won 4-nil at home in the Grosch Veste stadium. Marc Janko and Luuk de Jong both scored two goats.

It was FC Twente’s second win, after beating Vitesse 3-0 last week. Trainer Michel Preud'homme’s team has so far not conceded a goal during this season’s competition after two goalless draws against Roda and Heerenveen.

Rotterdam’s Feyenoord beat Arnhem’s Vitesse 4-0 at home, making up for AA Gent knocking it out of the Europa League during the play-offs earlier this week. Kelvin Leerdam, Leroy Fer, Luc Castaignos and Georginio Wijnaldum each put the ball in the net. Vitesse has lost three times in a row so far this season.

AZ has not won once this season. On Sunday the Alkmaar club drew one-all with Excelsior. Guyon Fernandez put Rotterdam’s Excelsior in the lead in first half. Just 15 minutes before the final whistle, substitute Kolbeinn Sigthorsson scored the equaliser.
