Amity International School Amsterdam is a new international school that provides students with an engaging and challenging learning environment. It is part of the non-profit Amity Education Group, which operates schools and universities in locations ranging from London and Singapore to New York, Dubai, and Abu Dhabi. Catering for ages from 3 to 13, Amity is an International Baccalaureate (IB) PYP Candidate School*, offering a globally recognised curriculum that challenges students to take responsibility for their own learning and encourages them to become active world citizens.

Amity International School Amsterdam is a candidate school* for the PYP. This school is pursuing authorization as an IB World School. IB World Schools share a common philosophy- a commitment to high-quality, challenging, international education- that we believe is important for our students.

The International School Almere was founded on 10 July 2002.  The school is an official IB World School with an authorised IB Middle Years and IB Diploma Programme.  The Diploma Programme was authorised in June 2010 and the Middle Years programme in January 2012.  It is a small school, which attracts expats and internationally mobile students in the wider Almere region.  Since the start, the school has been known for attention to the individual, offering a personal touch to education.
