As a Technical Support Engineer, you will be a technical expert in one of our product lines as well as the contact point to any PLC related questions or applications. You will be supporting our Sales Engineers and clients regarding any product support or application development. You will also be an internal technical trainer for your colleagues, and you will be assisting with new product launches by providing trainings materials, knowledge sharing and on-site customer trainings.What will be your responsibilities?Supporting KEYENCE clients and Sales Engineers via email, phone, video call or face-to-face regarding product specifications, solutions, and development with a focus on our AutoID and PLC based products and solutions.Performing technical trainings for colleagues and clients Taking care of technical documentation/ translation Minimum Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (or equivalent experience)You have a valid driving license You are fluent in Dutch (native level) and have a high level of English (business proficiency) Great problem solving and communication skills Experience in programming (Python, C, C++, Matlab, LABview, or others) is a plus.Experience in PLC programming is a strong plus.
