For our client in Amsterdam we are looking for Technical Customer Support B2B. Your role is to delight the customers with your passion and knowledge of their products. Customers will look for you for technical guidance and for advice in addressing their product usage and issue needs.

Main responsibilities:
• Providing email and phone support to our customers (B2B) and partners
• Taking ownership of customer issues reported and seeing problems through to resolution
• Researching, diagnosing, troubleshooting and identifying solutions to resolve customer issues
• Investigating and taking care of large and complex technical support matters, where necessary working closely together with peers across all departments
• Constantly and pro-actively improve product knowledge
