As Supply Planner you will be part of the Supply Chain Planning department. The main focus lies in ensuring optimal inventory levels and availability for the stores and distribution centres. You will be the main point of contact for the supplier to ensure optimal delivery and solve any upcoming delivery issues. Client Details Our client is a rapid growing organisation within Retail in the Netherlands. They are expanding internationally and therefore always on the hunt for new colleagues. Description • You will monitor inbound deliveries in the portal on a daily basis; • You will communicate and cooperate with stakeholders such as buying, commercial and logistics in order to achieve (common) goals; • You will maintain promotions in order to ensure in time and in full availability of promo items, maintain contacts with suppliers in order to follow up on issues and take mitigating actions to prevent issues with suppliers; • You will be responsible for managing your planning parameters and you maintain forecasts in the replenishment system; • You will be carrying out administrative tasks such as maintaining logistic and order management data, and you will maintain forecasts in the replenishment system; • You will validate order proposals per DC provided by the replenishment system, and you will monitor and maintain KPI's on a daily basis; • Additionally, you will follow up on in time and in full delivery of supplier for domestic and direct import suppliers, and you will follow up on delivery issues on a daily basis. Profile The ideal candidate is really organised, able to create structure and is able to stick to agreements within deadlines. You work efficiently and effectively, also when under time pressure. You are eager to learn from colleagues to get a broad understanding of the processes and procedures and are a strong communicator. Next to that you have: • Minimum Bachelor degree; • 0-2 years relevant work experience; • English in speaking and writing; • Strong Excel skills.
