Sales & Business Development Manager – EU
Thrive Group are delighted to be working with our client in the Netherlands, who are actively seeking to recruit a permanent Sales & Business Development Manager – EU to join on a permanent basis.
What you will be doing:
Reporting to the European Director, this is a fantastic opportunity to work for a global leading product supplier and to ensure the continued success of the company.
Develop and implement EU Sales strategies & target list according to company goals and objectives to achieve growth (Germany, France & Benelux)
Proactively work to identify & execute new business development opportunities & customers.
Develop sales channels within the company's key growth sector.
Work with Category management & finance to potentialise price and margin dynamics
Work with Category management on new products and expand sales base.
Work with IT & Customer service team to successfully and quickly on-board customers
Be an active member of the management team
Support, facilitate and contribute to the lawful, sustainable profitability of the Group
What you will need to succeed:
Good commercial acumen and understanding of the market.
Fluent in German &/or French & English.
Able to win NEW business, cross sell and retain existing clients with profitable margins.
Able to negotiate price changes with new and existing clients.
Tenacity and drive to seek new business and meet or exceed targets.
Achievement-driven and able to work to set KPIs and expectations.
Knowledge of the EU Ecommerce market.
What you will receive in return:
OTE: E70,000 to E78,000 OTE
Holiday 22 days + Bank holidays
